MICHAEL ARNOLD - Managing Director

Michael Arnold has been Managing Director of Insurance Claims Services since founding the company in 1990. He has extensive experience in the insurance industry since 1957.

His career commenced in the U.K., and with the Royal Exchange Assurance he held management positions in various countries in West Africa. With the same company he became Manager for South East Asia. He then joined American International Underwriters as Manager for Malaysia and was later Regional Director for Asia for Lloyds Insurance Brokers, J.H. Minet.

Michael is a member of the Institute of Public Loss Assessors (UK), the Institute of Public Insurance Assessors and the Australian Institute of Risk Management.
